Week 4 was missed, coach needed to go the dentist and I just started work, so there was no way to work around it. So straight on we go to week 5!

The dreaded new thing...
So...my coach is trying really hard to get me to try new things. So I tried this little number called a vanilla rice crispy square...OH MY HELL! It was so nasty, I could only manage to swallow (thinking I would die) half. I couldn't do it. Some like it, some don't. I hated it. I cat swiped it off the counter into the garbage. It sparked an almost 200 comments discussion on FB. LOL. I really spent a good portion of my time avoiding it. GROSS! Thankfully for most things there is samples at my clinic, but in some cases no (but we can return the item...hence how samples are born).

Week 3 weigh in (delayed a few days)
Week 3 was delayed a few days (went from a Thursday to a Tuesday) as it was easier midday to get to the clinic than late afternoon. I did have a cheat weekend, think that plus the cheese choice from the alt group made it less than ideal for me.
Weight loss week 3:
1.6 lbs lost for the bi-weekly
9 inches total loss
19.2 lbs total loss
Yes I lost, but my fat mass went up 8.4 lbs! I adjusted to use a lower calorie cheese I like and that should make things different. I always say journal what you eat, watch it if you gain lose it, if you keep losing then it's ok.

Week 1 weigh in...
So I weighed in at the clinic today (yes, I went back to a clinic this one isn't at a Dr. office).
Weight loss week 1:
15.6 lbs lost for the week
7.5 Inches total loss

I will take that! I am doing the alternative diet phase 1. I am still losing though. Yes mostly water weight. I do like that the clinic has a scale that measures fat, bone, muscle etc.

Kick start my heart try #4?
I know I got this! Every time I start finances stop me, not this time! I hope this time to get off the weight that has held me back. So...within days, and actually days before my bday (what am I thinking!!!) I am going to start once again. The blog has always helped me be accountable if to no one other than myself.
I have a lot to lose this round, like I did back 8 years ago...but this time I am really not stopping, and have an income stream that I hope doesn't stop (working my own business part time). I know the struggle is real, it is hard, and only I can get through it. No matter how strong of a support system, it still is on you.

Hit it...3 month anniversary since the reboot!
Well I did it...I hit 28.4 inches lost in 3 months (2/5/16). I am still going. We moved and it sorta put me out of whack. I was to tired to eat. I feel better though, more energy (due to many things including acupuncture). I am still going, doing better week by week it has been almost 2 weeks in the new place. Finding a routine is hard. I was on one, now I wake up earlier, go to bed earlier...in time I will find it.
I love the sour cream and herb zippers from Ideal Protein, I hated the strawberry banana smoothie to go cup. It was chalky tasting.
