It has almost been a year...

It has almost been a year since I posted last...and for that I am sorry. It has been difficult. The good news is I have been losing weight despite not being on IP. The total you might ask?! Over 90lbs (20lbs water weight). How?! I followed the last step of IP the part without packets...the lifestyle change way.

I was inspired to start again. It might just be what I need to lose even more. I am going to start on 9-11-11 my original start date almost 2 years ago. Had I stuck to it and daddy not died, I wonder if I would have lost even more. Well I can't go back...I can only move forward. Until I start I will still continue to eat how I have been.

The boys start back to school 9/6 and I will go back to IP on 9/11. YEAH!
