The dreaded new thing...

So...my coach is trying really hard to get me to try new things. So I tried this little number called a vanilla rice crispy square...OH MY HELL! It was so nasty, I could only manage to swallow (thinking I would die) half. I couldn't do it. Some like it, some don't. I hated it. I cat swiped it off the counter into the garbage. It sparked an almost 200 comments discussion on FB. LOL. I really spent a good portion of my time avoiding it. GROSS! Thankfully for most things there is samples at my clinic, but in some cases no (but we can return the item...hence how samples are born).

Week 3 weigh in (delayed a few days)

Week 3 was delayed a few days (went from a Thursday to a Tuesday) as it was easier midday to get to the clinic than late afternoon. I did have a cheat weekend, think that plus the cheese choice from the alt group made it less than ideal for me.

Weight loss week 3:

1.6 lbs lost for the bi-weekly
9 inches total loss
19.2 lbs total loss

Yes I lost, but my fat mass went up 8.4 lbs! I adjusted to use a lower calorie cheese I like and that should make things different. I always say journal what you eat, watch it if you gain lose it, if you keep losing then it's ok.

Week 2 weigh in

It is my bday today, will be happy with a loss again. I plan on having a small cheat for my bday, fried tofu and rice noodles (half the portion only of both).

Weight loss week 2:

2 lbs lost for the bi-weekly
6  inches total loss
17.6 lbs total loss
