The journey continues...

WOW! Who knew I would be a stay at home mom, correction I am a homeschooling stay at home mom now! I thought having the boys around would make me eat, since I am feeding them, but honestly I don't have the desire. I sometimes make a shake in the morning for myself, not always. Come lunchtime I feed them and sometimes have a cup of soup (broth) or a sandwich with them. I make my own bread and pretty much anything else we need. That all being said I am still losing weight! I need to get measured but I can tell by the way things are falling off me! My energy still isn't there, where it actually needs to be but that is another story. I even walked our huge mall, back to the car, then back through the mall to the restaurant and then back to the car (outside mind you in the cold brisk air). I haven't been able to do that in a long time! My legs didn't hurt, my back wasn't hurting! Truly this weight loss is great! I wish I could do more but I don't want to push too hard.

My meals tend to be fake meat (Quron brand), veggies (mostly Cauliflower and broccoli), beans, veg broth type soups, morning vitamin shakes, and the special Chinese herbal tea. I drink lots of water. I tend to also drink Mio. When sick I have gatorade G2.

Sorry for the delay life took me by the...

Well you get the idea! It has been a long time! I have continued to lose not as much as I would like yes I am losing. I really don't like the way you lose but can't keep up with toning your body (especially one in pain).

Let's see...the holidays took me over, then the first day of the New Year, I fell down a flight of stairs. Things have been painful, my whole left side is messed up, can't use the arm or shoulder very much if I do use it (specifically the muscle, elbow, arm or hand) it ends up hurting worse and feeling fatigued.

Also Last November I started homeschooling my oldest child. I thought this is great I would have someone to remind me to eat (he eats 5 times a day), no it made it worse. I really need a workout buddy who doesn't live in this house who is in a similar situation.

Due to the loss of my income I haven't been doing the program, but I have been doing the morning shake and the special herbal tea (yuck). I really need to add a second shake.

Insulin isn't my friend it swells my legs and ankles. For a while there, yes bad, very bad me, I wasn't taking my insulin to see if it was the cause, guess what?! Skinny legs! Which spurred a HUGE boot buying spree. So I told the doctor (she wasn't thrilled with my experiment) about the insulin and what I did and she changed medicines but the end result was the same. I really just need to keep losing so I can get off this stuff!
