Hit it...3 month anniversary since the reboot!

Well I did it...I hit 28.4 inches lost in 3 months (2/5/16). I am still going. We moved and it sorta put me out of whack. I was to tired to eat. I feel better though, more energy (due to many things including acupuncture). I am still going, doing better week by week it has been almost 2 weeks in the new place. Finding a routine is hard. I was on one, now I wake up earlier, go to bed earlier...in time I will find it.

I love the sour cream and herb zippers from Ideal Protein, I hated the strawberry banana smoothie to go cup. It was chalky tasting.

So exciting...

I know it has been a while, holidays and now we are moving! So I am tasked with all that entails.

Anyways onto more exciting things than that...I am 8 days away from my 3 month anniversary. So far I have lost 25.8 inches overall. I think that is pretty good! I still haven't seen the weight loss I saw the first time I did this, reason being the insulin and water retention in the edema areas (calves and ankles). Still this is great! Inches is inches!

I use My Fitness Pal in conjunction with my Misfit. I use Body Tracker app to track my inches and weight loss (I use a digital measuring tape).

I really want to see more than I am, but for now this works. I might start taking less bread (forced to because of being diabetic) maybe decreasing by half a slice to start.

I really like the system I am using, it is super easy for me to just drink, I do use the crunchy foods for snacks, I like that, but for the most part I like the tear it open, put water in the cup, shake and drink factor. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!
