So...yeah. It has been a while. Here I am ready with a new view and desire.
I am sick of waiting on others to join me in the healthy living. They held me back but that was my fault.
I am swimming/Zumba/light weights three times a week. I ordered special swimming headphones (in and out of water) by sony, ordering the Misfit Shine to track (coupled with smart phone), will be doing my protein shake at night to keep stable through the night, and will incorporate Ideal Protein once again, but modified into my diet.
I am not eating, I hate eating, if I can drink it I will do it. I lost quite a bit, but feel like I am going no where...not going to stay that way. Going to kick start whatever it is needed and do it right.
I think I will post weekly to start, like I use too, I won't do inches per say but more like calories burned/etc. I don't really have anyone capable of measuring inches, maybe in the future.
My diet will look like this:
Breakfast - Ideal Protein something or another, 2 pieces of Pumpernickel (DF, SF) bread. I have to have it due to insulin requirements.
Snack - IP - Jello
Lunch - IP soup, 2 pieces of bread, salad with ACV dressing and a smidge of oil.
Dinner - Veg'n meal, will have to have carbs, and a little fat with salt.
Bedtime - Protein shake
All the cauliflower and spinach I want (not much else I would eat)
